About the Program

The Alameda County Housing Secure (ACHS) Unincorporated Alameda County Emergency Rental Assistance program (UAC ERA), was established to provide rental and utility assistance to eligible low-income tenants of Unincorporated Alameda County whose finances were negatively impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic and are facing housing instability or are at risk of homelessness.
